"Maybe
I had said, Something that was wrong,
Can I
make it better, With the lights turned on"
As some
of you may know, since 1992 the
MERCURY PRIZE is a an annual music prize awarded for the best album from the
United Kingdom and Ireland artists, but it differs from BRIT Awards
because they focus more into artists and groups with a fresh approach to music.
Nominations are chosen by a panel of musicians, music executives, journalists
and other figures in the music industry in the UK and Ireland.
On this Radio Union's show we focus on the winners of the last 10
years for this prestigious award, here we will find all styles of music from
Hip-Hop to Baroque pop, from indie Rock to Alternative Rock. So please check
out this 10 year walk through the best of United Kingdom and Ireland
